About Clay for Kids

Clay for Kids is a fun and active portable pottery program that teaches children the fun and wonder of working with clay. We deliver our art and curriculum pottery program to schools, Guides & Scouts, birthday parties/special occasions and as professional development for teachers. Each class is 60-90 minutes in duration and begins with a one-of-a-kind Clay for Kids pottery wheel demonstration. The instructor guides and supports the class in making their own hand-built creation while encouraging creativity to shine through.

Family Plaque

At the end of the class the instructor takes the projects to the studio for firing and returns the projects and hand thrown container to the school or location within 21 days with instructions for painting and finishing. Plastic Clay for Kids bags are provided for packaging the student's finished work.
